We carried out a comprehensive rebranding for Sporthaus Kohlen. The logo of this long-established company was given a contemporary makeover and consistently applied across all touchpoints. In addition, we devised campaigns, created mock-ups and implemented professional visual merchandising in one area of the sports shop – including a well-thought-out layout and wayfinding system, the staging of zones and themes, a material and colour scheme, and clear POS communication to improve customer navigation and strengthen the brand’s presence at the point of sale.
