Daycare centre with adjoining community centre. A six-group daycare centre is being built at N° TWO as a two-storey structure with a spacious outdoor play area. The daycare centre is an essential part of the infrastructure requirements for residential development in the Anglicus neighbourhood. Together with the city of Krefeld, a learning and play area is being developed on the approximately 4,700 m² public space that meets the latest requirements for sustainable construction and educational standards. The facility will have space for around 120 children, thus covering the calculated demand in the neighbourhood. The daycare centre's outdoor play area is located in the traffic-calmed area of the neighbourhood.

As a special feature, a community centre will be built next to the daycare centre, which will primarily be available to local clubs and groups for internal activities. The plan is to construct a shared building that will enable synergistic uses where appropriate. In this way, the Anglicus neighbourhood is making an extraordinary contribution to strengthening the social infrastructure of the district and providing children and volunteers with space to play, learn and experience things together. This enlivens the neighbourhood and strengthens cohesion among its residents.
