New building for subsidised housing with commercial space. N° FOUR is located directly on the west side of the neighbourhood square and the neighbourhood car park. The former crew buildings, a daycare centre and a supra-regional cycle path are located in the immediate vicinity. The construction site is characterised by an exceptional quality of life in a central location. A place for people to meet, socialise and interact. This is where people come together and where the neighbourhood comes alive. Children play in the playgrounds, business people enjoy their lunch breaks and those seeking relaxation stroll through the park. The ground floor of the building offers commercial space for restaurants and cafés, while the upper floors will be used for subsidised housing.
