“Turning visions into reality – from concept to roll-out”

The exhibition stand was awarded 1st place and Gold in the EXHIBITOR Magazine's EuroShop Award.

“…it’s a stand the judges praised for its judicious use of materials. They called the stand stunning, elegant, refined — a breath of fresh air. One judge even went so far as to say, ‘This is probably the most welcoming design I have seen in a long time.’”
— Excerpt from the laudation

The GOLDSTEIN GRUPPE presented itself at EuroShop 2026 with an exhibition stand that was entirely conceived, designed, and executed in-house. The presentation expressed a spatial attitude: a precisely composed interplay of materiality, atmosphere, and digital augmentation.

“We combine innovative design with honest materials to visualise the creative concept — from feasibility to full roll-out.”

The stand derived its impact from a deliberate tension between presence and lightness: authentic long-format terracotta tiles formed a calm and powerful base. Above them, transparent cloud dancer fabrics moved gently in the air, layering organically through the space and creating a soft, almost floating atmosphere.

Warm white LED accents modelled the surfaces of the materials, while furniture elements with velvety finishes added a tactile contrast. Traditional materials and fine textile layers merged into a space that felt focused, vibrant, and surprisingly serene.

At the heart of the stand was a kinetic object: the digital kaleidoscope. A conical body made of mirrored panels, upholstered and framed in green velvet, with its interior functioning as a digital projection surface. Moved across the space, it unfolded a kaleidoscopic interplay of image, sound, and reflection — an interactive element that invited visitors into an immersive perspective on future retail environments.

“Questioning the standard and clearly expressing our attitude was central to our presentation: Retail requires far more than shopfitting and precise craftsmanship — what matters is the holistic experience that connects space, brand, and visitor, and opens new perspectives through unexpected moments.”
