N° FOURTEEN is distinguished by being the only high point within the Anglicus quarter, rising above the existing buildings and creating an urban landmark that underscores the building’s significance for the neighborhood.
The new development offers around 13,000 m² of rental space, providing enormous potential for both small businesses and residential uses. Possible concepts include student housing, boarding houses, or specialized living formats. In the commercial section of the horseshoe-shaped building, a wide range of services as well as non-disruptive light production operations can be accommodated. The planned rooftop terraces offer outstanding views over the quarter and wide parts of Krefeld.
N° FOURTEEN makes a substantial contribution to a diverse local infrastructure. Not only does the building’s spacious inner courtyard invite people to linger, but the walking paths throughout the quarter—leading to the large square with cafés and restaurants—also contribute to recreation and quality of life. Mobility connections for future employees are excellent: parking spaces in the underground garage for cars and bicycles are complemented by a 20‑minute bus service to the city center and main train station, as well as integration into Krefeld’s regional cycling network.
