Where soldiers once spent their leisure time decades ago, exclusive residential space is now being created in a unique historic setting.
The ensemble of two listed buildings with hipped roofs is complemented at its center by a modern new structure. The U‑shaped building N° NINE is embedded in a park‑like landscape design that provides winding footpaths and numerous places to linger for young and old behind the building. The mature tree population is a defining feature of this site as well, ensuring unobstructed views into the greenery. The private inner courtyard creates a sense of intimacy and neighborhood closeness, offering families with children in particular a personal outdoor retreat.
The nearly 50 residential units of various sizes all include outdoor space in the form of terraces or balconies. Maisonette apartments on the top floor complete the housing mix.
