The area specified below also refers to the entire building.
In 2013, our old offices were bursting at the seams. Through ms, moderne Stadt, a company owned by the City of Cologne, we came across the Clouth site. Our original property was no longer feasible. So: Hall 18, a listed building. We were one of approximately 80 applicants. Now it was crunch time. Our dreams and our realism versus the realism of the city. We developed, improved, presented – developed further, presented again. In the end: we were awarded the contract. 2015–2017. Now it was from concept to concrete planning. Two key points: basement, listed building status. Building permit approved in 2018. Now to build. New challenges. The listed building had to be handled with extreme care. One or two partners had to back out. Then: We did it. Everything was finished in 2021. Moved in, all apartments rented.
