In 2013, we arrived at the Clouth site in Cologne, where we were given a unique opportunity to realize our vision: the listed Hall 18 was carefully restored with great attention to historical detail. Today, the top floor houses a boarding facility featuring exclusively furnished rooms for temporary living.
This project is the result of a true group effort: project development by RAUCHFUSS ET SOCII, all architectural work stages by GOLDSTEIN STUDIOS, staging, brand presentation and marketing services by GOLDSTEIN BRAND, and outstanding construction management by GOLDSTEIN BAU.
