For our client Bonita, we developed a future-proof store concept that can be applied to traditional retail spaces, shop‑in‑shop formats and retail concession areas alike. The goal was to create a clear and recognizable brand environment that adapts flexibly to different space sizes and location requirements while remaining economically scalable.
The conceptual approach combines a modern, innovative design with a familiar atmosphere that intuitively appeals to existing customers and makes entering the new brand world particularly welcoming. The result is a store experience that creates strong impulses without losing the brand’s characteristic sense of closeness and orientation.
We were responsible for developing the holistic concept, including modularity and scalability, and subsequently oversaw the rollout. Our scope of services included the planning, coordination and project‑driven implementation of the spaces — from the first pilot store to a transferable series solution.
