The project involves transforming an existing showroom into the new BMW and MINI Retail.Next concept and serves as a benchmark showcase for the Indian market. The scope of work ranged from the initial design phase through close coordination with local partners to the final implementation.

As part of the construction supervision, several on-site visits were carried out to oversee the work, ensure quality standards were met and coordinate the various trades. The integration of staging products and brand presentations rounded off the final customer experience.

The Retail.Next concept was seamlessly integrated into the existing structures – with particular attention paid to local requirements and market conditions.
