We took on project management for Adidas in Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier on behalf of PTH as part of the city's newest shopping centre. As the centre was a completely new build, the project was particularly challenging and required close coordination between all parties involved as well as a high degree of flexibility in order to reliably manage deadlines, interfaces and quality requirements.
