New building for subsidised housing with commercial space. N° FOUR is located directly on the west side of the neighbourhood square and the neighbourhood car park. The former crew buildings, a daycare centre and a supra-regional cycle path are located in the immediate vicinity. The construction site is characterised by an exceptional quality of life in a central location. A place for people to meet, socialise and interact. This is where people come together and where the neighbourhood comes alive.
