RAUCHFUSS ET SOCII is developing the former British barracks "Bradbury Barracks" in northwest Krefeld into a new, green urban quarter on approximately 12 hectares. Attractive residential buildings, commercial spaces, a local supermarket, and a daycare center will bring this area to life.
The Anglicus Quarter is characterized by its exceptional open spaces and open areas between the listed buildings and the new developments. Few other quarters offer such large open spaces with mature trees. Around 725 residential units, including senior living options, provide new residents with homes suited to every lifestyle. The Anglicus Quarter will offer subsidized housing, rental apartments, and owner-occupied units. The variety of apartment sizes ensures a diverse range of living options.
High-quality commercial spaces, such as a health center and various restaurants, complement the quarter and create space for new jobs. The quality of life is particularly high not only due to the park-like character of the area: the large neighborhood square also offers high-quality local recreation with its playgrounds and walking paths.
