Revitalization of an old staff building.
The old staff building is impressively located directly on the southern edge of the Anglicus quarter. The wings of the building frame a magnificent willow tree and convey the historical significance of the approximately 11,600 m² building. Senior Living plans to use the spacious areas as part of an operating concept that will offer future residents a wide range of services. The park-like structure of the open spaces, the community spirit on the lively neighborhood square, and the walking distance to everyday amenities make the neighborhood a livable place for senior citizens.
The clock tower on the roof of the main wing of the former staff building will be preserved as a stylistic element of the neighborhood in accordance with monument protection regulations. The newly structured floor plans offer a wide range of different residential units as well as spacious communal areas for the various users. Each residential unit is characterized by a unique view of the neighborhood's green spaces.
