Revitalisation of a listed building. N° THREE is located between the main access road in the neighbourhood and the northern roundabout opposite the planned local supplier. The building borders Kempener Allee, protected by the old barracks wall. N° THREE is one of the defining team buildings in the Anglicus neighbourhood, which is being preserved as a monument. Nestled among a significant number of old trees, high-quality condominiums of various sizes are being built here. The mix of apartments will become a new home for all walks of life. Loft apartments with views over the entire neighbourhood are being built on the top floors, some of which are two storeys high.

Parking spaces for the residential units will be provided above ground next to the building, and a spacious basement area will provide secure storage for bicycles, e-bikes and cargo bikes.
