Revitalization of the gatehouse & new construction for a daycare center, restaurant, and co-working space. N° SEVEN.1 is prominently located at the new southern roundabout and directly adjacent to the main access road of the Anglicus Quarter. To the north, it borders a former barracks building now used for residential purposes. N° SEVEN.1 thus serves as the gateway to the entire quarter. Those who once checked in with the gatekeeper here are now greeted with an inviting restaurant and a coffee before starting their day in the modern shared office space. The view from the new building is one of the most beautiful in the quarter: the majestic willow tree in the courtyard of the old headquarters building opposite creates a very special atmosphere for working. At lunchtime and in the afternoon, the courtyard of N° SEVEN.1, shaded by a magnificent copper beech tree, offers a place to enjoy a break in the shade. Inside the restaurant, high ceilings and the brick facade are a reminder of the building's historical significance and create a unique ambiance.


The view from the new building is one of the most beautiful in the quarter: the majestic willow tree in the courtyard of the old headquarters building opposite lends a special atmosphere to the workspace. In the rear part of the U-shaped building block, a daycare facility could be created, which is of great importance for the service and infrastructure in the neighborhood and completes the optimal use of N° SEVEN.1.
