N° TWELVE is located directly on the large neighborhood square in the middle of the Quartier Anglicus. The two point blocks with four full stories can be reached via a residential street from the main access road of the neighborhood. N° TWELVE, in combination with N° ELEVEN, stands out in a special way from the rest of the neighborhood's buildings. The two point blocks are located on the site of the former parade ground and form a delicate counterpoint to the block-like development of the crew buildings. The dimensions of the former parade ground remain visible thanks to the small-scale, solitary development. N° TWELVE is an integral part of the park and the neighborhood's nature-oriented open space planning. Surrounded by walking paths, the interregional bike path, and the extraordinary expanses of the square, the 16 condominiums offer outstanding living quality with their own underground parking garage. The ground floors can accommodate non-disruptive commercial units such as a pharmacy, a café or restaurant, and small manufacturing businesses. The optimal infrastructure allows residents to reach medical care, a daycare center, a local supplier, and cafés and restaurants in less than 200 meters.
