Where soldiers spent their free time decades ago, exclusive living space is now being created in a special historical setting. The ensemble of two listed buildings with gabled roofs is complemented by a modern new building in the centre. The U-shaped building N° NINE is embedded in a park-like open space design, which provides winding footpaths behind the house with numerous recreational opportunities for young and old. The old trees also give this building site a special character and guarantee a view of the greenery. The building's own inner courtyard conveys intimacy and neighbourly closeness and offers families with children in particular a personal outdoor retreat.
The nearly 50 residential units of various sizes have access to terraces or balconies. Maisonette apartments in the attic complete the mix of apartments. The building's own underground car park covers the parking needs of the building and provides electric charging infrastructure for both cars and bicycles.
