In 2013, our previous offices became too small – and we came across the Clouth site in Cologne. There we were given a unique opportunity to realise our vision: the listed Hall 18 was renovated with great care and attention to historical detail. Today, the top floor houses the boarding area with exclusively furnished rooms for temporary living. The middle floors have been converted into fabulous apartments, while the ground floor houses first-class commercial space.
In 2021, we were finally able to move into our own company premises – rooms that will shape our work and activities in the long term. This project is a joint effort by the entire group: project development by RAUCHFUSS ET SOCII, all architectural services by GOLDSTEIN STUDIOS, staging, production and marketing services by GOLDSTEIN BRAND, and excellent construction management by GOLDSTEIN BAU.
