We took on the design planning for the Adidas store on Ehrenstraße in Cologne and developed a location-specific store concept. On behalf of PTH, we were responsible for project management and ensured structured, efficient implementation. A particular focus was placed on the design of the façade and the adaptation of the global Adidas concept to the specific spatial and urban planning conditions on site.
